CRT Unarmed SELF-DEFENSE Level 1

Our Unarmed Self-Defense Level 1 Course is open to the general public. This course is the foundation for many of our other self-defense courses. It is designed to prepare Teenagers and Adults to be able to Recognize, Avoid and Defend themselves from a Criminal Assault.
